What information do I put in the Alternate payee field?
In this field, you would put information related to your payment.
For example:
- If you have requested a cheque, put the name you want the cheque payable to in this field. The cheque will be in the Alternate payee name, but still mailed to the main account holder. So if Joe Bloggs of 1 Joe Road put Mary Bloggs in the alternate payee field, a cheque payable to Mary Bloggs would be sent to Joe Bloggs 1 Joe Road.
- If you have requested a PayPal payment, type your PayPal email address in this field.
- If you have requested a voucher (e.g. phone recharge), enter the email address you want the voucher details sent to.
You can change the details at any time you want. As long as the payment has not been prepared (eg cheque printed) or sent, the reward will be sent to the most recent information in your account.
If there is no alternate payee information, the payment will be sent to the details of the main account holder.
